I love this app, really. But, Ive been trying to log into my account for months now. Ive been trying, and I already tried to use my email but the email never sends. I made a new account, but it isnt the same without my old account. I wouldve given it 5 stars because the email never sends when I try to change my password. :/

This is a great app for people who like to write and read

Many times stories Ive deleted reappear in my library, stories get deleted, and the story reset to the beginning. This keeps happening and its really frustrating when youre reading a 50 chapter story. Get your crap together Wattpad

I have had Wattpad for many years now. I forgot what books I have read and I dont want to be always posting or broadcasting what Im always reading or put it in a folder every time I read a book. It would be nice if you could see your history on each book. You can see when you read that book last and what chapter you stopped. See the pages you havent completed.

Ive been a proud Wattpad user for four years. I keep it updated frequently but as of the last update, it keeps FREEZING. I would then have to delete the app, re download it, only to see that the screen freezes up again. And I know for a fact, thats its not my phone that is the issue, its the app. Why is it after every new updates, theres something wrong or buggy about it? Please, please, please fix this! I would probably have to resort to Raddish or Inkit and thats the last thing I want to do!

I read other reviews like this, so I know Im not the only one experiencing this problem. Every time I try to write or read a book, I get half a word in before it freezes! Then I try to press other buttons only for it to close out the app. This problem is extremely annoying! I dont have access to a computer on the go, so this was the best option for me to write stories. This is the WORST update of Wattpad yet. Fix this and Ill consider reinstalling.

Being a person that wrote on Wattpad for almost a year now, I learned the basic formula if you want views: write a fanfiction. It doesnt matter how bad or professional it is. Just write a fanfiction about a popular franchise and you should be expecting a thousand views by tomorrow. Other than that, I dont like the factor that its seventeen and up because theres a maturity setting and its basic information that this app is run by ten year olds.

Great app, but... Why a mute button? You should get a block button instead. Muting rude annoying people doesnt do anything

Every time I go read a story then exit out, whenever I come back to the app my progress is reset to the beginning and I cant remember where I was. Please fix soon, its really annoying.

Most of the time when I try to get into Wattpad it either freezes the screen and wont load or it just takes me back to my home page. Though it might be my phone doing this, it still bothers me, but Wattpad is still a good app to read stories from, even sometimes when it loads very slowly for me.

Theres an issue with the app and Ive downloaded the app many times over the past 2 months hoping the issue would be fixed but its not.

I use this app a lot but Ive noticed some things. I would write my stories in the middle of the night because usually nobodys awake it its nice and quiet although when I go to add music and leave it as it is a couple minutes later out of no were MUSIC WOULD START PLAYING!! It happened last night and my sister woke up 3 times because of it. I knew that it would happen so I tuned my volume down and put my ringer on silent but the sound came out as a muffle. The music started playing during the devils hour. Im not religious but THAT SCARED THE POOP OUTTA ME XDD then somethings when Im reading something and exit out the app and then re open it the next day Im not on my book anymore and a lot of the times I dont remember the name of it so I cant search it up and re-read it anymore. (Even though I could just add it to my library Im lazy). One more thing is that the app will freeze and exit on its own coming back to loading my book ;-; BESIDES THAT I LOOOOVVVEVEVEEVE THIS APP SIEBESNJSNEBESJDN

Its a very nice app, lots of great writers. (& bugs) The app has been crashing a lot since the last update. It also randomly decides when to lose place in the books I read. Wattpad has a great community and it has a lot of potential. I wish it had an option for a three-five way convo so authors can discuss books/ideas together. Maybe in the future? Great app, love it and will continue to use it/recommend it.

As anyone can tell by the title of my review something about Wattpad at the moment dissatisfies me. The paging feature of the app has changed so that now, instead of swiping from right to left, the user has to swipe from down to up. To a new user, this is not a problem but, for someone such as myself who has had the app for 2 years, it is just annoying to do something that I am not used to. This change of one feature doesnt make the app terrible, but it is a change and, like most people, that is not something I like. Update: Thank you for fixing the scrolling thing, I now give you five stars! Update (again…): I really love the Wattpad app but, it has come to my attention that there are now video adds that are playing in between some of the chapters in stories. Unless the developers absolutely NEED the new type of ads for income or something else of the sort I suggest just going back to the banner ads before Wattpad turns into the book version of YouTube.

I use this app almost daily, Im an avid reader, but I dont have the money to get a ton of physical books. That being said Ive been super disappointed with the app lately. Along with the obscene amount of ads, the app will freeze and shut down on me in the middle of reading (which of course wont save my spot), and as of recently, my library all of a sudden descents books that I have read up to the update I have not read at all, and starts me off at the beginning when I open it. I really love this app, but if things dont get fixed Ill have to find another app like it.

Wattpad is my home, forever and always♥️ ****Edited Please fix bug!!! There is a book Ive been reading and every time i am finished with the chapter and exist out and come back on, the whole book resets to the first chapter when i was on (ex. chapter 12). please fix!!

Such a great app to write stories & discover talented writers! I fell in love with this app the second a friend recommended it to me and Ive been using it ever since! As it is a great app to write your own stories, Ive been running into some glitches & notification problems. Otherwise, I love it & will continue to use it!

This app is hecka addicting and I dont really know what I did with my time before I had this app. I like anime and stuff and it lets me read a bunch of fan fics that other people have written as well as I havent encountered any problems with this app. Everything is perfect and I get to talk with my friends through this app as well. Anyways this is seriously the best app if ya love to read so I would recommend it.

Not a long time ago I tried to read a book but the screen just suddenly froze. I thought that the problem was in my phone so I reloaded it. After I reloaded it the problem was still there and I have no idea what to do. Wattpad was my favorite app that I used the most but now I just cant read anything on it. Please do something about it!
