More problems with Wattpad. Whats new? If I click out of a story I was reading I lose my place and have to start way back at the beginning of the book. Mind you, what if I didnt remember where I left off? This is extremely frustrating. I havent even been on the app that much recently because of all the ads and just the extreme irritation I get from it anymore. Fix these problems and once you do quit making tons of new updates that just create more bugs. I also cant even open the Wattpad app on my iPad without it freezing and crashing. Looks like my hiatus from this app will continue.

I love Wattpad and spend most of my free time writing. I like to know right away when I have someone comment or vote on my book because I like to interact with my readers through the comments like answering questions and such. Sadly, I dont get notifications from the app while I am writing a chapter, so I have to stop writing after a while just to go check my notifications. I was just wondering if this is normal and if it could be changed so I get notifications while writing.

Im currently trying to write a book but when I bold a word it will go but when I turn it back it works but it wont go bold again. Its annoying AF.

The normal genres like teen fiction, romance, mystery, etc. are no longer showing up in the browse section. Instead theres random tags like cinderella, enemies and life. I used browse to find new stories under specific genres I wanted but now the browse section is basically useless. Please fix this.

I have been reading and writing in wattpad 2 years now and I absolutely love it, it does have his bugs but is the best app if you just want to read or write your own story.

Keeps freezing and its annoying af the one time I want to actually use Wattpad it doesnt work ?

Ive had Wattpad for a while now with a few minor bugs but theyve been fixed. However, now whenever I get a notification or even finish reading a chapter the app freezes up and I have to completely close the app and try again. Wattpad is great but if this continues I probably wont be using this app anymore. Please fix this!

All of my stories in my library are going back to the very beginning as though I never read it. Please fix this issue

On the lastest update when I exit out of the app and go back in it resets my stories like if I never started reading them. It does this every single time and its pretty annoying. Ive had this problem in the past and it still hasnt gotten fixed. Please fix this I really like this app and the stories on here but its getting to the point where Im starting to not want to use it.

I dont know what they did in the last few updates but it freezes up every minute

This was a great app but still these bugs and kinks need to be worked out ASAP! I have to close the app every time Im want to move on to the next chapter.

Im having this problem where every time I go on the app after closing out of it, my books get reset almost like I havent read them even though I have. Its not all of the books but pretty much the ones Im currently reading and it just sets them back to chapter one or the first posted page of the book, even when Ive read up to the most recently published chapter and I kept going back to where I was but every time I get back on they rest. This has never happened before though.

"Writers get paid when you view this ad. Show your support!" I understand that this is a free app and there will be ads, but I find this to be ridiculous. If you want to get paid, publish your books elsewhere... I want to read a free book on a free application and not have ads shoved down my throat after reading the first chapter. I get that people have to make a living but you can have a job and write in your spare time and not get paid for a free app.

Up until now, Id thought that it was probably just something wrong with my phone, but now I see that it isnt just me. Ive been trying to read this same book since yesterday afternoon, & each time after a few minutes, the screen will freeze, then exit out of the app. Its highly annoying, especially being as though Ive been a consistent Wattpad user for 3+ years now, and ion think Ive ever been this annoyed with app. Im a writer as well as a reader, I got in writing mode yesterday, just for the "writing section" to freeze, & crash; knocking me out of my mood. Ive even deleted the app off my phone, then re-downloaded it, & I still encountered the same problems. As well as, I restarted the phone, & still no luck. This is the only app on my phone giving me difficulties, please fix this.

My books have disappeared from my library.

I love Wattpad so much! Its a great app that I have been using for several years now! However, I am having an issue with deleting books from my archived section, having to re-add it to my library first. Also I cant delete books from my archived section if the book is non existent any more. :(

I have had wattpad for 4 years and plus and its starting to disappoint me. The app has been crashing a lot lately, its been freezing while Im reading and in discovery, and now the home page is not loading even after following the instructions from the help center.

I love Wattpad Ive been using it for 3 years now and its great. Its free and awesome books that you can choose from and set to your preference

It dont understand why but it takes a few attempts to log into my own account. Like, it keeps saying invalid before I finally get it right. Please fix it.

Worked just fine and then the app updated the app now no longer remembers my place in what I was reading. Please fix this as it is very annoying to re read everything.
