Im getting extremely frustrated with this app. I used to love reading on wattpad but now it doesnt save my progress with books that Ive been reading so when they get updating I dont know what chapter I was on. I read so many books so this is frustrating. Before it was just maybe a couple books but now literally all the books in my library Ive lost my progress on them, Im literally back at the beginning. I havent been on the app in forever due to this error and I wish it would be fixed because I love wattpad and from other reviews I can see thats its not just me. Please fix this

I normally love the app but here lately I cant be on the app version for more than a few minutes without it freezing or crashing. Even though I just updated it. This makes it nearly impossible to use. Hopefully theyll fix this soon.

Since the new update when I go into my library, books that I have deleted weeks ago keep popping back up in my library. Even after trying to delete them again they still keep popping back up. Then when I go out of the app and go back in it, it has reset all of my books to the beginning, so I lose the spot where I am at, and have to go find what chapter Im on in every book.

Im not going to lie I love Wattpad but you guys need to do a bug fix or something bc when I read a book and exit off the app and come back its back and the beginning of the book and it doesnt even ask me do I want to go back to my previous position anymore. Its really starting to annoy me and Im considering deleting the app but since I do like reading the books on here Im going to keep it for a little longer and see if u all decide to make a change.

The recent update restarts a lot of the books in my library whenever it syncs and I end up losing my place. Even when I update my place, it goes back to chapter one the next time I open the app. Otherwise I love Wattpad so much and the app was doing just fine up until the past 2 updates.

So, I am not sure if this only happening to me, but for some reason, whenever I am finished reading an update from a book, I exit out of the story to read another book, but for some reason, the book automatically goes back to the beginning. Same goes for stories that I am in the middle of. Whenever I exit out of a story I am in the middle of, the story automatically goes to the beginning and I have to goes through all the chapters to see which one I was on. My app also freezes after watching an ad, so I have to exit out the app and click it again. It happens all the time. Please fix these problems because I use this app all the time!

Ive used to use this app a lot back in 2014 and 2015. I decided to try using it again, as its a really great place to find indie stories, but the app is the worst! As soon as Im 15 seconds into the app it starts freezing up on me! If I want to read a story without it freezing I have to set my phone to airplane mode... dont know what they did to change the app since 2015, but they made it unbearable to use.

The app used to be awesome but lately its been freezing constantly. I cant read anything because every couple of second the app will freeze and Ill have to reboot it.

I love this app but for a while it keeps freezing and I got to restart it and it works for 0.2 seconds but then it freezes again please fix this somehow?

Lately this app has been acting up. Its very irritating and annoying. It has come to the point where it freezes up my whole phone and makes me restart from the beginning. Plus, when I try updating my books, it will freeze and when I go to log back in, it will delete everything that I write and make me start all the way over. Ive tried deleting and reloading it but it only works every 3 or 4 tries. At the moment, when I log in, it just leaves me on a blank white or black screen and screws up my whole phone. Its super annoying and if it could be fixed soon that would make a huge difference. This app is great, Ive been using it for about 3 years and I love it. Overall its a great app but if this bug could be fix, it would be a whole lot better.

Idk if its just me or what but every time i re download this app its shows that all of my books havnt been read and i dont remember the place i was at so if you see this please fix that

Ok, I honestly LOVE wattpad - its one of my most used apps - but recently Ive been receiving some technical difficulties while using the app. I read. A lot. So it annoys me to no end when I find that the stories I keep in my library, dont save the place I previously stopped at. Please fix this.

I love wattpad a lot but lately books will randomly go missing from my library. This has happened multiple times and its really frustrating when it happens to a book I really like but dont remember the title to. Also after the new update my place in a chapter is not saved when I exit out of the app, thats starting to get really frustrating.

I truly think that this is a really great app my only problem would be recognition of other stories but other than that its great!

I cant italicize!!!! Please fix this. Id much rather italicize than use bold. It just wouldnt work. Id tap on the "I" and nothing would happen. Bold and underline work just fine, but not italicize.

Please add a block button so other users cant comment on someone elses comment if they block them, muting isnt enough

I have several stories archived that I tried deleting and unarchiving to delete from my library. They still pop up again once the page is refreshed. Ive tried logging out and repeating everything over again and the stories are still there. Also, on some stories I try to click on more info and the page is stuck on loading. (Its not my wifi or anything Ive tried on different ones and data.)

I love this app, but ever since the latest update I cant get it to work for more than 2 minutes before it freezes up and I have to exit out and start all over again. I have been on wattpad for a few years now and have never had this many problems.

Its starting to have a lot of glitches and it restarted all my books in my library. Honestly its making me mad cause now I dont know where I left on in my books and I have to re-read them.

After like maybe being on the app for 30 seconds, it just freezes up and I cant do anything except go back to my home screen. :/
