Everytime I try to get on, the app freezes then crashes -_-

I love reading the storys

Please fix this bug. Every time I go on Wattpad or click on a book, my screen would freeze or crash and this been happening to me for like a year and it annoys me.

Ive been wondering what was going on and believed it was my phone but looking at the recent reviews Im not the only one. Since the last update my phone has been freezing up whenever I go on wattpad. When Im editing my book its freezes and I have to restart a 2360 word chapter all over again. I really love the app but I hope this problem is fixed immediately!!!

Ive been on wattpad for 4yrs now and all of a sudden, it has become annoying to me. This book, Ive been reading on there, has been resetting my position in a chapter each time i exit out of wattpad. For example, I would be on chapter 30 and once I finish with that, Ill exit out and clear wattpad out of my app switcher, then when i open wattpad again, it resets back to chapter one. Pleaseeeee FIX! This bug has happened before and you guys fixed it so please fix again! I have more books that are reacting to the same bug!

Wattpad is a good app but, lately the app has been acting up ever since the last couple updates. Each time I come back I have to restart my book because it doesnt update my reading positions. And when searching for books with tags, I get NOTHING when I put completed for the tags. But when I dont I come across several books in the same category with tags that say completed.

It would be great if you guys added a feature where it tells you every book you ever read on wattpad. It would make finding a story you have read in awhile easier to find!

The app is amazing and all, but it keeps freezing! I am a writer and reader so having the app freeze and then crash on me, isnt so pleasant... please fix this

Update! Do something! I was kicked out of the app on Wednesday. When I got back on the next day (bc it wouldnt let me get on for the rest of the day) it told me I had to log in again. So I logged in and it said I had the wrong stuff. Ive been using Wattpad for a long time (maybe 2-3 yrs) and its never done this before. Please help! The app is awesome. I love it. Its just that I cant get back in again. Ive even tried making a new account but it just kicked me out again. Im writing a book right now. Please fix this!

I love Wattpad and Im on there every day but recently it has set all of the books that I am currently reading back to chapter one. And even though I set them back when I go back into the app it happens again. It is annoying that I know have to remember where I left off so please fix this!

Ive been using this app for 5 years now. I wont be getting a new devise for a little while so Im stuck with what I got. But the same problem that was happening last time is happening again. Books from my archive in my library (both read and sometimes returned unread). Books in my library putting my reading spot all the way to the beginning. Its aggravating cause again I have some books in my library that go up to 200 chapters. Its just something that with which I can not put up with. I love this app I use it everyday theres so much cool stuff but this is one tiny thing that has happened before and that frustrates me. I dunno if its the device Im using or something but it just makes me frustrated thats all

I love Wattpad so much and its an amazing part of my life. Its good because I never liked reading books but I love reading fanfics and this is definitely made me read A LOT! ITS FOR SURE THAT THIS DESERVES A 5 STAR ❤️❤️❤️

Dont get me wrong I adore Wattpad and spend time on it 24/7 but this new update is killing me! I hate how much it freezes! It makes the app useless! It has to be fixed!!!

Every time I am done reading new updates in my authors books and I close the app and later on when I reopen the app all of my placing in any of the books I read jump back to the beginning as if its a new book I have not read yet.

so i had a book that had 31k reads. i unpublished for editing reasons. i republished again and my readers were happy yet they hadnt read it yet. i go check the chapters and theyre gone! replaces with chapters from another book of mine. im very frustrated with this. ive tried everything that i could and i cant get those chapters back. i put so much effort into that book. i cant believe this

All of my books on current reads is gone and I dont know all of the books that were there can you fix this

I love the app. I use it all the time. However, Im very frustrated though because the app freezes up my phone, doesnt load, wont let me access anything. Theres some bug, and it needs to be fixed. Please, fix the bug asap box its frustrating.

i used to love this app with every being in me but now its utterly annoying. ads pop out of no where or it takes you to an app page without your permission. its painfully obviously its on purpose even though Wattpad denies it. (they want more money and increasing their endorsements) it freezes and lags so much i have to constantly delete and re download the app. wattpad has changed their guidelines so you cant write certain books anymore before your account gets deleted. and it wont tell you if your account gets reported or why your account is suddenly taken down which i absolutely hate. it deletes your books and chapters which made me cry SO many times because i write thousands of words chapters. overall i say its not the same app as before and i dont think its worth continuing using it even though the books and authors are amazing. were all just getting screwed around with.
