Its being acting horrible recently...freezes and crashes all the time

When we forget our password we should be able to give them our usernames just like our emails in case we forgot those as well. Many others give users the ability to type in their username in case of forgotten password. Wattpad should do the same

I dont know what the heck is happening but my home page aint loading no matter what I do I love this app with all of my heart and I love and breath it everyday but how am I to do that when my home page aint working to show me new or recommended content I would like to read please fix this also I cant update anything I cant change my name my profile my pics or even redo some things may some one help me understand what the heck is going on

Okay so I got on my Wattpad today because one of my books was scheduled to update today and when my library loaded, it was completely out of order. All of my old stories that Ive read are at the top and I am having a hard time finding all of my recently read stories. Plus the app is still kicking me off for no reason. In every update you say youre fixing it but I see no improvement. This is becoming a serious problem. I used to love the app until I started to kick me off and freeze up.

can you make it so we can read on it without wifi? it always glitches now and days

I absolutely love Wattpad but lately have been unable to use it because it keeps going glitchy almost right after opening it. Please fix!! Also, please make there some way to tell if you have already had a book in your library/read it before because after awhile you cant keep track lol

Its great on my phone but when I read on my iPad it always glitches.Please fix this problem.

I love Wattpad, because you can write all you want. And people can read your stories which helps you become better at writing! Love it!

The thing is that I would like it if you added stuff from the website to the app. Like making chapters private, cast, and dedicating chapters to other people, stuff like that. Then theres the library glitch where everything in your library disappears- Other than that, I love the app so so much! :)

I really love this app but its glitching....

I love this app and have loved wattpad for forever. However, since the recent update it lags and when you private message someone either refuses to show up or will send something multiple times. As for another problem, notifications for EVERYTHING are very very slow and lagging. Most notifications either dont show up at all or are 2-3 hours late. Love the Wattpad Company and apps, however I would love to see these problems fixed in a new update very very soon.

I was wondering if there could eventually be an option were you could upload videos from your phone like if you have an app that can put pictures together and they want to use it and not have to post it to youtube like have it in the photo option for in chapter header cover things,thanks.

The book crashes constantly within the app. I love the options of books and everything else but it is always crashing and it gets frustrating. After two years you would think that it would be fixed.

I absolutely love Wattpad Ive had the app for about 4 years and Ive never had a problem with it up until now every time I open the app it works for a few minutes then just randomly crashes please fix this problem.

I love wattpad a lot but lately books will randomly go missing from my library. This has happened multiple times and its really frustrating when it happens to a book I really like but dont remember the title to.

I use Wattpad everyday for a long as I can, even into 1-3am most times. This app is so addicting to me. I love its diverse community! ❤️?

I did a review on wattpad a while ago saying that it was the best app Ive ever used. It still is. I literally read on it every single day. I even have a book on there. But recently its been hard to read the way I want to because when I turn a page it lags then freezes. Then I would have to exit out of the app and go back in. But when I go back in, it does the same thing, and its really starting to become annoying. Please fix it because I dont want to have to get rid of my favorite app.

Wattpad pulls me in constantly, especially with its varieties of fanfictions. Im a bit (A LOT) of a shipper so its great to just spend my free time reading and relistening to Hamilton. I highly recommend this app and youll find tons of wonderful books by the diamond-in-the-rough writers

There are times that it just goes back to the home screen of the device, usually if going through different story info links. Usually doesnt happen in the middle of a story, but sometimes does. Other than that there are a plethora of stories written by all kinds of authors. It would be nice if it puts a notice of incomplete and abandoned, but all that is there is a last day updated. As the saying goes YMMV, however, it is pretty good. 07/24/2017 updated You need patience with this app. When it works, it works well. Way way too many times the app freezes up. Wattpad seems to be aware of the issue however it has yet to provide a working solution. This is mainly on iOS devices
