Wattpad - Free Books and eBook Reader App Reviews

I would love to give this more then 3 stars, however the app continues to crash and free on my IPhone 7 plus and now it is freezing and crashing on my IPad Pro now. So until these issues are resolved its a useless app. Sorry to say.

While I adore this app, recently i have been experiencing the app freezing. I try to access my books but they wont load and as i tap on them the app freezes and crashes. I can only read one book now and i can only read one chapter because when i go from one to another whether by swiping or the menu drop bar, it freezes and crashes. Please fix!

I love this app, but the constant freezing upsets me! Please fix it!!!

I love the app but.. you kinda need to fix the notification. It doesnt shows up and its kinda laggy and slow. Sorry for my bad English...

Ok so Ive been using Wattpad for MANY years now, and believe me its amazing. But recently Ive whenever I go on and start to read or go to comment, the book freezes so I have to restart the app and then not even 5 minutes later it freezes again! I thought at first that maybe it was because I barely update apps, so I updated it and it still went off glitching. Also I tried letting my phone sit out overnight without me using it cause maybe it was the overuse of my phone(cause that effects stuff sometimes) but its still glitching. Please fix this?

My I cant read anything in my library without wifi. It didnt need wifi before. This was a great app but these bugs and kinks need to be worked out pronto.

Ive been on Wattpad for years, and you could always comment on somebody elses comment. As of late, that no longer seems to work. I really enjoyed interacting with others on the comments, but when you cant comment back to someone, it loses its charm. Other than that, its an amazing app. Ive never really had too many problems with it. Im very glad Ive gotten to watch it develop over the years, and Ill be happy to grow along with it in the next few years.

I absolutely love this app everyone has great stories and are so friendly! I was wondering if theres a way to have it so you can see whos even read your books not just a number of people but the accounts who read your stories either way still love it

Everything is good so far but recently my notifications are lagging really badly. They dont come up till hours later.

Wattpad is my favorite app. But its been really buggy lately. The notifications especially. Everyday theyre getting worse and worse. Theyll just stop working for hours a day and wont show up. And this is new. The pm has also stopped working. Like, I cant even send a message without an error thing popping up. Please fix all these errors. I love wattpad, and I hate to see it like this...

I enjoy this app, but when I private message people it lags and glitches Please fix

MOST PEOPLE WILL LIKE TO KNOW IF THE MESSAGES WE SEND ARE READ OR NOT (OR MAYBE NOT SENT) THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL, WATTPAD!!!!

I LOVE this app. But however every time I send a message after a while if the app is not opened and Im sending through when I get the notification. The message they sent disappears! So I delete then download it again and The it works for a while then it just starts up again!

This is really addicting and have so many good authors.

Well, I would like to say that I absolutely love the app however I have had a recent problem.about maybe a week or so ago everything starting getting really weird. I would be reading my stories and then it just freezes. When I close of the page on my iPad and open it back it brings me to the book title or a few chapters back. I thought something in my IPad messes up but it doesnt do it with my other apps.is anyone else getting this problem?

Every time I try reading a story the chapters freeze and I have to close the app and open it up again. This has been going on for awhile now and its very irritating.

I absolutely love Wattpad, but whenever I go into the app I can only do something on it for like 30 seconds until it freezes and wont unfreeze. I have updated it to the latest update and it still happens.

I have loved the app since 2014 and all but maybe for the next updates we can be able to comment pictures?
